A) Device & App Information

device model and manufacturer operating system type and version app version language preferences and time zone device identifiers (such as Advertising ID / IDFA where available and allowed)

B) Usage & Diagnostic Data

app session activity interactions with screens and features crash reports and technical logs performance statistics

C) Network Information

IP address mobile carrier and network type connection speed and session timestamps

2.3 Analytics, Session Replay & Product Improvement Tools

DriverAI may use third-party analytics and product improvement tools, including UXCam and Mixpanel, to help us understand app performance, diagnose technical issues, improve app functionality, and enhance user experience.

These tools may collect limited technical and usage information, such as: app interactions and feature usage screen flow and navigation behavior taps, gestures, and session activity device type, operating system, and app version crash, performance, and debugging information connection-related events, such as successful or failed trip tracking or sync attempts general analytics events related to onboarding, subscriptions, and app usage

Third-Party Software/Service Providers

We may use UXCam and Mixpanel, which are analytics solutions. UXCam and Mixpanel may record: Screens visited Interaction patterns (such as screen actions, gestures: taps, scrolls) Device details (type, version, model, operating system) We use the information collected by UXCam and Mixpanel to improve our app. UXCam and Mixpanel do not collect personally identifiable information and do not track your browsing habits across apps. UXCam

DriverAI may use UXCam for user experience analytics, session replay, crash analysis, and troubleshooting. UXCam may help us understand how users interact with the app, where users experience issues, and how we can improve app usability and performance. We configure and enable masking, blocking, and privacy settings in UXCam to avoid recording sensitive information. We do not intentionally record or collect sensitive information such as: passwords payment information authentication codes personal media content private messages or sensitive personal information UXCam data is used only for internal product improvement, troubleshooting, and user experience analysis.

Mixpanel

DriverAI may use Mixpanel for product analytics, event tracking, and funnel analysis. Mixpanel helps us understand how users move through the app, which features are being used, where users may experience difficulties, and how we can improve onboarding, subscription flows, core app flows, and overall product performance. Mixpanel may process event-based usage data, such as app opens, screen views, feature usage, subscription flow events, and technical app performance events. We configure Mixpanel tracking in a privacy-conscious way and apply masking or filtering rules to avoid sending sensitive information. Mixpanel data is used only for internal analytics, product improvement, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. It is not sold to third parties and is not used for third-party advertising.

Analytics Data Use

Analytics data collected through DriverAI is used to: improve app stability and performance diagnose crashes, bugs, and technical issues improve trip tracking and app workflows understand feature usage improve onboarding and subscription experiences improve customer support and troubleshooting make product decisions based on app usage insights Analytics data: is used for app performance, improvement, and internal product insights is not sold to third parties is not used for third-party advertising is collected, where possible, in a limited and privacy-conscious manner

3. Location Data (Mileage & Trips Tracking)

3.1 Why Location Is Used

If you allow location access, DriverAI may use location data to: detect trips and mileage automatically generate trip history and driving timelines support reporting and summaries improve tracking accuracy

3.2 Your Control Over Location

You can disable location permissions anytime through your device settings. Some features may not work properly if location access is disabled.

4. Auto Scan Expense Receipts (OCR)

If you use it, DriverAI may process: receipt images you upload extracted receipt details such as merchant name, date, and amount Receipt scanning is optional and results may not always be perfectly accurate. You remain responsible for verifying the information.

5. Payment Information

Apple App Store Google Play Store DriverAI does not directly collect or store your payment card details when purchases are made through these platforms.
