DriverAI is an automatic mileage tracker app designed to help users: Track mileage and trips automatically View and manage trip history Classify trips (example: Business , Personal , Charity & Medical) Create driving summaries and reports Store trip and vehicle information Auto scan expense receipts (OCR) to help users log receipt details faster (optional feature) DriverAI is intended to support better organization of your trip records. DriverAI does not provide tax, legal, accounting, or financial advice.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use DriverAI. If you are using DriverAI on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you create an account, you are responsible for: keeping your login credentials secure any activity under your account (authorized or unauthorized) You agree that the information you provide is accurate and up to date. DriverAI may suspend or terminate accounts if we reasonably believe: there is fraudulent activity, there is abuse of the Services, there is violation of these Terms, or it is necessary for security or legal reasons.

DriverAI grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to install and use the app for personal or internal business use, subject to these Terms.

You agree not to: copy, modify, or create derivative works of DriverAI resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute DriverAI reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of DriverAI (except where permitted by law) interfere with service performance or security attempt unauthorized access to our systems If you violate these restrictions, your license may be terminated immediately.

DriverAI may request access to your device location to enable trip tracking features and automatic mileage logging. By using DriverAI and granting permission, you agree that DriverAI may collect and process location information to: detect trips and mileage build trip history and driving summaries improve tracking accuracy and reliability You can disable location access anytime in your device settings. However, some app features may not work properly without it.

DriverAI may provide a mileage tracker with receipt scanning feature that allows you to scan receipts and extract information such as: merchant name date amount category (if applicable) This feature is provided to improve convenience and reduce manual typing. You remain responsible for reviewing and confirming scanned data before using it for any reporting or records.

By using DriverAI, you agree that we may contact you via: email in-app messaging push notifications SMS (if you provide your number) WhatsApp (if you opt in) Messages may include: service updates security alerts product announcements promotions (only where allowed and if applicable) You can opt out of promotional communications through: the app settings (if available), or by emailing support@driveraimileagetracker.com

DriverAI may include or rely on third-party services such as: analytics providers payment platforms (Apple/Google) cloud storage providers customer support tools We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control. Your use of them may be subject to separate terms.

You retain ownership of the content you provide (such as vehicle details, manual trip edits, or uploaded receipt images). You grant DriverAI permission to process your content only for the purpose of providing the Services, improving the product, and supporting troubleshooting.

DriverAI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not guarantee that: trip detection will always be 100% accurate, the Services will always be uninterrupted, all mileage calculations will match your local reporting requirements. You are responsible for validating your trip records and reports.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DriverAI shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, or consequential damages loss of profits loss of data business interruption If liability is legally required, DriverAI's total liability will not exceed the greater of: the amount you paid to DriverAI for the Services in the last 3 months, or USD $500

You may stop using DriverAI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if: you violate these Terms, you misuse the Services, your account creates security or legal risk. Sections that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including disclaimers and limitation of liability).

If you use DriverAI on an iOS device, you acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict of law rules.
