Request Account & Data Deletion

You can file a deletion request at any moment if you want to remove your DriverAI account and any related data. DriverAI is dedicated to responding to requests for account deletion in a timely manner and in compliance with our privacy policies.

DriverAI is made to make it easy for users to maintain account control and trip data.In case you have decided to terminate the use of this service, you can either deactivate your account directly through the application or ask for deletion by emailing.

Deactivate your account in the application:

Confirmation Steps

The fastest way to remove your account and information from the system is by utilizing the in app method to delete your account as long as you still have access to the DriverAI app.

  1. 1Launch the DriverAI application.
  2. 2Open the app menu by going to Home.
  3. 3Press the Profile button.
  4. 4Select Delete Account.
  5. 5Examine the confirmation screen.
  6. 6Type in your current password when you signed up using an email address.
  7. 7No password is needed if you signed up using Google or Apple.
  8. 8To permanently remove your account and all associated data, tap Confirm.
  9. 9The deletion request is processed right away after confirmation.

However, in case you have lost access to the app, you can also choose to make a deletion request via email to us. It is recommended for you to send your request via the email associated with your DriverAI account.

What Happens After Deletion

When we process your request, we will delete your DriverAI account, and any personal data associated with your DriverAI account, from the Service, except as limited by any legal or security obligations to retain data.

We may retain some information as required by law, for security purposes or for other compliance reasons. Any such retention shall be for no longer than necessary.
